Look where you want the bike to go! Look down, go down. Don't touch the front brake especially if the front wheel is turned-that's an instant downer.

I saw his early videos and I assume these contain the material in them plus some new stuff. I would recommend them. Then cut some tennis balls in half and lay them out in some deserted parking lot(schools are great on weekends) and practice, practice, practice.

When I started riding again, I had trouble with low speed riding even after the MSF course and these videos helped.
