Well, after cleaning and going over every plug, ground, battery terminal I can find, it charges better, but not great. After running the heavier wire from regulator to battery, it charges 13.7 @4000 rpms. The book calls for 14.2, but I think 13.7 is enough to keep the battery from going dead. I 'll ride it for a while and see if I thimk it can be trusted. Thanks for the help, guys
