Per your PM question, here are those pix I promised to re-post of the center pegs with the dims, and which for whatever reason aren't posting on this thread anymore.
And to answer your question about the extentions of the actual footpegs which attach to the brackets...well, I found those footpegs with those extentions as a used item at an old Harley shop locally. If you can't seem to find them, I'm sure you could manufacture them yourself also, as they're just pretty much a piece of about 1 sq.in of steel with holes drilled into each end of them and them tapped to allow a bolt to hold one end of them to these brackets, and the other for the pegs themselves to be screwed into them.
