I have cut stock springs that brings the center-to-center measurement of the shock bolts to 10-3/8" unloaded. Skydivejeff posted a diagram on where to cut somewhere in the customs section, if youre interested.
I also believe that hagon shocks can be ordered to a desired spec. and are a decent price. You can ask Ian, "the dog33" about that.
