hmm... ok...I was trying to duplicate the "SPEEDMASTER" sticker on the side of the air box and tie it in with Triumph.

1. Lower the whole thing a bit down the back . 2. Make the Speedmaster name 75% size of the Triumph name . 2. Lower the 75% Speedmaster name to below the Triumph slash .

I like the last one but again. The old swoosh dosnt quiet look right with speedmaster. And if you plan to make a bunch of them putting an unlisenced "new" swoosh could get you some leagal trouble...hey I got an Idea put the new swoosh on and have them made in China..hey have no problems with stuff like that.

yeah, I'll agree. The "speedmaster" font doesn't quite go. I would also making it offset to the right a bit. I'll take one!
I see a chrome bike and I want to paint it black.

Not entirely true , the dealers used to make a few mods to the old Bonnie and call it a Speedmaster even though it wasn't actually a model.

I don't think the new logo works with the speedmaster either. My speedy has the heritage badge on the tank, so it has both of these logos in two different spots on the bike. The closest I could get to the speedmaster logo on the airbox was to use the impact font in a bold and italic style. I would like to have a Black shirt with the Gold speedmaster logo on it. Where it's a black shirt, it needs to be screened on. I was hoping some other speedmaster owners may chime in and we could work out a design together. Where there is a 12 shirt minimum, I was hoping to generate some interest so that we could split the cost amongst us. I'll do more searching for screeners and maybe I can find one locally that will do either one or two just for me.

I like it just fine. I never did cotton to the idea of changing the logo in the first place, especially since it's because someone managed to get the rights to it and won't license it out to Mr. Bloor.

Be careful using Triumphs script they still hold the trademark on it. If you try to use any of the online printing company like Café Press they will reject the design as soon as they check it. The way I get away with my designs is I don’t use the logo. Triumph can’t trademark there name say like Honda because it is a word not just a name. I tried 2 years ago to get permission to use the old log and had no luck. One thing they made clear in telling me I could not use it is if I did anyway they would come after me. PS is that the same font they use for Speedmaster? Again that is trademarked. Again the word itself is not just in the same font they use on the side of the bike. You can go to the US Patent off web page to look all of this up. web page
