They are not the ones who wrote voted on and passed them.
Actually, WAY TOO MANY of our lawmakers ARE trial lawyers. That IS a big part of the problem, no doubt. 
True..but I was thinking more of the life long professional
politicians, who have somhow manged to root themselves for
life, Both sides of the fence. Keeping thier jobs by bending
wichever way the wind blows.
