Absolutely not! This jackhole knew full well what he was doing. The manufacturer did not make him climb on his crotch rocket, they did not make him speed in excess of 100mph, ******, they didn't even make him buy the game to begin with. This idiot is fully responsible for his own actions regardless of how stupid he really is.



Take away all the modern day crutches and they'll just go back to 'the devil made me do it'.

And, that idiot should not be shot, that's a waste of a good bullet. String him up with a used rope made of recycleable materials.
