I don't know if this has been covered yet but I have been dealing with a Triumph performance shop that has plenty of experience in performance upgrades. The dealer is located in Southern California and has steered me in the right direction for both my Bonneville's. I recommend their performance website here:

Triumph Performance USA

You can call them and speak directly with a performance tech too. That's a plus in my experience...

Thanks Mark, I'll have to check them out later today.

I checked out the site. Nice to see there are other experienced Triumph shops for performance upgrades. I go to D&D Cycles in Pensacola, FL which I would recommend highly. They have been doing a similar BB kit with replacement barrels (nikasil, not sleeved) for some time now which is what I have. The total cost including all labor was around $1200. installed.

D&D doesn't have as much performance stuff as Triumph Performance, but have some things available they don't. Worth checking out for people in this part of the country.
