Amen Rob!! I hate it when people think they have any business enforcing a rule themself, or whatever is going thru their head... like the guy who thinks he's doing the world a favor by saving US gas. A steady foot will do WAY more for milage than speed. Plus, but cars are geared much higher these days than they were, so faster speeds are just as efficient.
