This is classified as a moving violation.
A moving violation? That means a rider visiting temporarily from a state where this is not illegal must re-equip his bike before entering Florida. Doesn't that violate federal law regarding public access to highways? I'n not surprised though. The entire FL legislature has sticks up their bums.
