Same here.Usually if a cop has been behind you for while he
runs your plate before he even turns the bubbles on.
Or he sits in the partrol car and runs it, so before he ever
gets out and asks "Do you know why I stopped you"?.
He or she slready knows if you are leagal paper wise.
