I think that Triumph did a great job on the new Thunderbird. How anyone could say it looks like a jap bike or a harley is beyond me. For all of those, just hold a picture of an America alongside a picture of the new Thunderbird and.....amaze yourself at their likeness. So far it's everything that I have wished that my 2005 america was. Twice the displacement,,,,water cooled,,,,fuel injected,,,,get rid of the chain.....Sorry guys, but when I take longer trips I sure like cruise control. I had them put it on my 2006 road king and I just love it. I wish they would option a factory made backrest for the driver also. Gottttt to have floorboards too.
