I think everyone will have a different opinion as to what NEEDS to be in the toolkit, so I'll just tell you what I've got in my toolkit.

Spark plug wrench
Screwdriver with inter-changeable philips and flathead
tips ( from the Cruz metric set)
screwdriver ratchet with several tips floating around
Lots of tiewraps
5 Allen wrenches of various sizes
Crescent wrench
Vise Grips
3/8" ratchet
1/4" ratchet
10mm, 8mm, 7mm, 6mm, 5mm Combination wrenches
Electrical Tape
1/4" drive wiggle-head attachment
various 1/4" to 3/8" and vice versa adapters.
Various metric sockets

All of this is crammed into the toolkit that comes with the freak, and I'll admit that alot of the stuff is 7mm which is what the carburetor screws on my bike are. With the tools in my kit, I can pull the spark plugs, re-jet the carburetor, take the corbin saddle and luggage rack off, reset the handlebar and controls if I drop the bike and the stuff gets knocked out of wack, adjust my windvest if that get's knocked out of adjustment somehow, and also tighten up a good share of the fasteners around the bike.
