well , even though I'd like to have the "really big" big bore.......It sounds from general consensis that the 904 IS the way to go on my 790.....I can't find any real feedback on the "big ones" except for those that have beefed them up for racing....and then there is a question of longevity and practicality of operation.............oh well...sounds like a 904 for Christmas.
