Just got home from helping Brent put on his new pipes. They are some shorty turn outs from JC Whitney. There really isn’t much to the built in baffles, they are like just a couple rotating tabs inside. After we put them in the first time and fired them up, they are loud. Good sound, but loud. So, off they cam and in went a couple biscuits of steel wool in each side and that help a ton. Still good sound, but much more tolerable. Since there really isn’t much to hold in the steel wool, I am not sure how long it'll last.
