It's obviously a series of unintended mishaps. Nevertheless, from your description of the events, it also sounds as though the dealer isn't focussed on the business at hand. Neglecting the run-through is a serious breach.
Out of curiosity, is this a new motorcycle dealer, or an existing dealer that just picked up Triumph? I have to say, by comparison, my recent purchase was flawless. Hope you get everything ironed out so you can enjoy the bike the way Triumph intended.
