Check out Cycle World Mag, has a nice article on the Triumph Street Tracker created by Mule Motorcycles in Cal. Pollack builds some sweet Flat Trackers for the street, however these are one-off machines that cost upwards of 32K. Literally hand built with mixed/matched componentry. The Street Traker was commissioned by Triumph America Corp. and will travel to all the shows this year. A great piece of work, worthy of masss production in some similar form

Which reminds me, I wonder what happened to our very own member "street tracker" aka "strtrkr" aka Dwight.

Unless, of course, he has changed his handle on this new forum.
Gusser, sorry to hijack the thread but it coincidently seemed very appropriate.

Bedouin. Blessed are those eyes that have seen more roads than any man! (Homer).

You can see the various bikes here: http://www.mulemotorcycles.com/

Under the heading, "Projects", click on "completed" to see the Triumph. Great pics are shown, including one of a twin head on a valve machine, getting machined for larger seats.

Very cool pix and story. That bike looks faster than all get out, even standing still it looks like 100mph.

A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice. Pat
