Don, great write up. I'm glad you found a setup that works for you. I also invested time and money looking for something that I felt was comfortable. Sorry to say it just never worked out for me.
I never liked how high up the hwy pegs needed to mount to clear shifter and brake levers. also felt they were just to close in, I just could not stretch out.
I'm 6' with a 33" inseam.
