I am in the process of adding some driving lights to my Speedy. However I am stuck as I need to remove the seat to locate the fuse box and to wire the lights. I have removed the machine screw at the rear of the seat but I cannot progress any further. I am afraid to yank on the gunfighter seat too much for fear of breaking some arcane plastic part. Does anybody know how the seat is removed? Any clues as where the fuse panel is? Help!

There is a circular hoop on the underside of the seat where the drivers portion ends and the passenger begins. Once you have the bolt out pull the cord and the seat will unlock

The Fuse box is next to the key switch. There is a little plastic panel. If it is a Triumph light kit, you will need to remove the tank to wire it in to the harness.

I found it. It is a quarter sized plastic ring attached to the cord. The cord releases the seat from a bayonet type attachment coming up from the rear fender. It is only located on the left side of the rear seat at the line between the front and rear portions. Thanks for the help!
