Exactly why I ride a TRIUMPH and not a HONDA today, too. This forum turned my head and convinced me that the Speedmaster or America could do anything and everything that the VTX could do, do it better, and bring some real heritage and soul along with it. Those things I did not know about when I first started shopping bikes, but once hearing about it, and realizing the intangibles, the decision was real easy.
Four years old last month, cracked 43k last week.
I may own another bike someday, but nothing will ever replace this one!
