The trouble with that Kaiser is some one will be drilling for that oil off our coast's. mexico all ready drills in the Gulf but we dont and we pay them for that oil. I am all for drilling and doing so in a enviro friendly way it can be done.
I live out west and oil shale is a long way's off to be of any use.. It seems it is a bit of a challange to get oil out of rock, go figure.
