Front wheel is easy enough, unbolt the two bolts that hold the brake calipers to the mounts, and then suspend the calipers so that they're not stretching the brake lines, loosen up the two pinch bolts on the lower ends of the both fork tubes, then just undo the axle cover nut on the RH fork tube, and pull the axle out. Forks, your on your own, though I'm sure the Service Manual will break down how to undo the forks.
