I got it figured out. Rerouted the turn signal wires, and found the low beam power in the head-light shell. That way the driving lights are only on with low beam. Not real happy with the quality of the Rivco light bar set. the bar itself is OK but the rest(lights) are kind of cheap.
IMO not worth the money I paid for it.
