I installed the progressive fork springs by Ikon from Brent at newspeedmaster.com. I used the existing spacer and didn't bother to change the oil. They're a huge improvement in handling. My wife has also complained about the ride in back, so I'm looking at a set of Progressives for the rear as well! This seems like a really good price on them:
