I just bought one of these $144USD: MADSS Front Spoiler Kit Any tips to know regarding the install? Special thanks to Gregger for the heads-up on the MADSS sale price in another post. BTW, Bikebandit had this kit at a lower price, but had none in stock - backordered & cancelled.

Let us know if that is the newer version of the spoiler. I've seen two pictures of the spoilers with the same part number.
The old one had a rounded spoiler section The new one was flat. The new one looked a lot better to me.
Oh, and glad to help.

It's to look cool. Well, that and it does push some extra air onto the motor.

It also protects the motor starter as well. I mainly got it for the coolness though.

Anyone have problems changing oil with this on? I like the look of it and wouldn't mind adding one, but I change my oil without a lift or anything and I worry that this might be in the way.

Unfortunately no longer have the bike traded it in for a new speedy, but should give you an idea of what they look like fitted

mine was shipped yesterday! Yeehaw!
madds has gotten my business twice now and they have communicated and shipped seamlessly both times.
Not as personal as brent or fasteddy but for a larger outfit, they get a 10 out of 10.

HOLY COW!!!!!!!!!
I already got the air dam! madss is VERY fast with shipping.
FYI-the air dam I got does NOT look like the one from previous years....it does NOT cover the top footpeg bar. It's below that. I'll post a couple of pictures later.
I am NOT sure if I even like it in comparision.

I have the old style on my Speedmaster and I think I might like the new one even better. Very cool.

Ken....when you install, take off the kickstand switch....you'll know what I mean when you look at the directions. I didn't and it made for a few choice swear words!

Hey Tony,
Can you get a few closer pics of the install. The new sure looks better than the old style. Can you confirm that the part numbers are the same?
