Yeah, my brother gave me a lecture on how it was done.
He's now in a wheelchair, but has built more Triumphs,cars and other stuff than I can count.
Wear leather gloves to prevent burns.
Use masking tape, and just tape a piece of dry ice over the dent until there's no more ice.
Supposedly it shrinks the metal.
