Has anyone used this guy to have their seat modified?

I have sent a couple of e-mails and his website says he responds to e-mail every night. He might be on vacation for all I know, but after a week I was hoping to hear something from him by now.

From the info on his site it appears to be a budget minded approach to modifying the stock seat for my Amercia. I get uncomfortable after about 30 minutes in the saddle. I don't want to spend a lot of money if I don't have to so I can spend it other places on my ride.
