I'm supposed to wear a name badge at work, but I refuse on the grounds they are annoying. But it's mainly so people don't complain about me..

As organiser of the Buxton rally, which was small-scale compared to this, I can vouch for the fact that doing something like this takes an awful lot of effort, more so than people realise.

Cheers, again, Ray and Margaret.

This is a copy of the run out, unfortunately when I print them they all go blurred so doing them by hand...

The run is 105 miles or there abouts

I will put the A & B roads in, but don't think you will need them as Chris has done a cracking job on the destructions

Thanks Chris

Then let's get it arranged. When the weather improves, obviously.

On a side note, who's Speedie is this? Twas taken on the Cat-and-Fiddle last year (24th Sept) and it's only going back through the photo's that I noticed it. I did see Jane and Keith up there.

Also, has anyone else's emoticons disappeared?

Start another thread for the "DUMBY RUN" Neill to see if anyone is interested. Be warned though it is 105 miles.

Butter Tubs Pass

A ride through the Yorkshire Dales maybe we will not be going as fast as this comedian, but the roads are to there to be enjoyed all the same

A run out has been planned by Chris (Oldgimmer) starting from the campsite and heading through Sedbergh, Kirby Stephen, Brough, Barnard Castle then through to the Tan Hill down into Hawes using Butter Tubs Pass through Ingleton and then back to Dent

Plastic coated hand outs will be available on Saturday morning (to take with you) which include a map and instructions. A safety sheet will also be included for you to read. A large map will be available to look at on the Friday afternoon and will be next to the BBQ for your perusal.

There maybe quite a few for the run out from RAT (Riders Association of Triumph) members who will join us just for the run..

Mark,
Just been looking at your site. I will be travelling up the M6, thought maybe: Hilton Services, Keele Services, Knutsford Services, then meet up with everyone at Forton Services, for people doing M5, M6, or any other meeting places anyone requests, who are travelling up on the West side of country.
But will certainly be travelling up with Jane and Keith.

I have obliterated the mobile numbers as Chris and I do not want to be bothered receiving phone calls from young girls

you should be able to follow these instructions using a map or even your SatNav..

Also note the map above is a guide I have written the roads on the maps you will be given as a hand out..

LATEST NEWS

Having spoken to the landlord of the George and Dragon in Dent he is prepared to put the beer festival on for us for the weekend. He has also said he can arrange trips to the Dent Brewery on the Saturday at £5.00 per head. Last year we struggled to eat hence why the BBQ was on all the time. This year Gary (George & Dragon) has promised that food will be available.
