To be honest with you Greg, I am fed up to death of people moaning and groaning, usually those people that are moaning have not got a clue how much work goes into something like this. They sit on their backsides to let everybody else do the work and then just moan if they do not like what is going down.

As for the last meet at Dent it will happen next year if somebody else can be bothered to do the work as I will not be organising it. If I hadn't took money off people for this year and booked the site I would of said sod it as well

Ray,

I will be attending but Sandy won't be able to get the time off work.

Hopefully I'll be a bit more organised this time - however don't expect too much!

I emailed the George & Dragon and Gary the new landlord telephoned me back.

This year we will once again have a "BEER FESTIVAL" on with the DENT Brewery which is being solely put on for us, also two more beers will be available by then. Gary has promised me that food will be available to us as we struggled to eat anywhere last year. He also says that he may be able to provide some form of entertainment but is not promising anything.

Last if you fancy a tour of the Dent Brewerythis can be arranged on the Saturday but will cost you £5.00 per person with a free drink thrown in. This is unfortunately limited to 12 people, but if you book it he will run as many trips as booked given time.

Nice work Ray! Count us in for brewery trip mate. Do you want the cost of the brewery visit added to the camping fees or is it something we'll be paying on the day?

I should imagine the Brewery trip money will be taken at the George and Gragon by Gary himself on the Friday night. If there is 12 of you. if more acouple of trips can be organised.

Quite a bit of interest from PM over the Dent Brewery trip so will take note of names and remind you on Friday 17th July at the pub. must be 12 to make it at each trip..

LATEST NEWS

Having spoken to the landlord of the George and Dragon in Dent he is prepared to put the beer festival on for us for the weekend. He has also said he can arrange trips to the Dent Brewery on the Saturday at £5.00 per head. Last year we struggled to eat hence why the BBQ was on all the time. This year Gary (George & Dragon) has promised that food will be available.

HAVE YOU BOOKED YOUR PLACE YET

I think the majority are heading up on the Friday as that's what makes it more exciting. All those Triumphs going past people as they take a double turn to look.

Usuall meeting place for everyone coming from down South and up North is Devil's Bridge at Kirby Lonsdale around the 1300 - 13.30 time.... Roll on the good weather....

You'll be on the bike, it's just not the same
