Well, Tour Master noticed my last "unflattering" email I sent them telling them how lousy they are at customer no service. They sent my email to the national account manager who was very apologetic and wanted to resolve the problem, however the day they sent their response I had the jacket back from a local alterations shop, took 1 day to fix. I have my jacket back and the zipper slider works WAY better that the original. Needless to say that I will not get another TM product again, at least I have a leather jacket I can wear, now that is getting colder and I'm in no rush to get a new one.
