Here is an update on Tour Master and my jacket, not like you'll care but maybe it'll help someone else.
I've been extremely patient with them but today I had it, after that automatic email reply I got I waited to hear from them... no dice. Today I sent them another email... this time a lengthty one telling them as nice as I could how terrible their customer service was, how unhappy I was and that I was gonna let everyone I knew to stay away from their products; I got the same auto-reply. Well, there you have it; stay away from their products because if they fail it will be near impossible to get in touch with them.
I'll try a local alterations shop to get a quick fix since fall is just around the corner and it will start to cool down but I will be saving my pennies for a Fox Creek jacket that Deon suggested.
