Last night Matt (member mlessard) and I started the Wiseco big bore on his '04 Speedmaster. It took us 3 hours of actual work to get it totally torn down and the heads and jugs are now in the back of my car. I will drop them off at the machine shop later this afternoon. I was surprised how quickly we got it torn apart too. Ed (biker) stopped in and assisted in giving directions too. So, tonight we'll yank the clutch out and get it all ready to toss back together in a few more days. Hopefully the machine shop won't take too long, they only took about 5 days to do mine last time. We're also getting the heads ported too.
I'll keep ya posted on this saga too.
Oh yea, there are some differences in the '04 model that make it a little easier. I will get some new batteries for my digicam and post them later on.
Stay tuned for next the episode of "Wiseco Hospital", immedietly following "As the crank turns", evenings at 6pm.
