As I review the comments and recall the posts over the years, the T-Bird is exactly what the comments/wish lists dating back to 2004 have asked for. As for that bobbed rear mud guard - It's not my cup of tea - however, it fits the bike nicely. If I really believed I need more than my SM delivers, I believe it would be at the top of my list.
