I really hate the way those Hollywood idiots think you should hold an automatic pistol sideways to shoot it. First off, you can't aim that way. Gun sights and the human optical system don't work that way. Second, a weapon held sidewise with the right side up is several hundred times more likely to jam. Held the other side up, the round in the chamber will fire OK, but the next one will fall out on the ground.

Then, there's the way the crooks put a single bomb in a car and it blows up 6 times....
