Hey guys. I am pretty new to the forum. I've been lurking for about a month but haven't had time to post yet. Just wanted to introduce myself to you.

I just bought a 2007 America in April. It is my first cruiser, but my second Triumph. I previously owned a 2002 Daytona 955i. I have also owned a Ducati 620 Monster, BMW R1100S, Ducati Sport 1000 Monoposto, and I also currently own a Ducati Monster S4RS.

I really love the new America and I intend to keep it. My fiance loves it a lot too, and she loves it more than any bike I have ever owned two up...so that is an important factor.

So far I have added the sissy bar, tourning screen, long triumph exhaust, tacho, bar-mount clock, 18L saddlebags. I plan on making many more mods, but I want to get opinions from other owners that may have tried some out before I purchase comfort items.

Anyway, thanks for listening to me ramble and ride safe...

-Mick

You've obviously chosen the right woman to marry.

Welcome. It’s great to have another member not afraid to spend lots of cash on a beautiful America. You do realize the black ones are cooler.
