How so, GB? This big ol' engine on this big ol' bike has both of it's cylinders exhaust ports in the forward position, a la a Vincent or an XR750. The J.A.Prestwich V-twins had their intake and exhaust ports arranged just as most V-twins do today with the intakes toward each other. And I might add, the Prestwich V-twins pushrod tubes were almost parallel as they road up each cylinder's flanks, whereas this monster's pushrods tubes go up each cylinder at an angle from each other.

Nope! This looks to me to be more a Pratt & Whitney radial aircraft engine that somebody has "cut" two barrels off of.
