Use a GOOD fitting wrench on the bolts that hold the brake lines on, they are already kind of rounded by design, so they will round out easily if you aren't careful.
Seems like I remember that a 9/16" open end fit the best when I did mine; it's been a while though and my memory could be deceiving me.
So I finally remembered to check and it's 14mm open end for the best fit, I think a 14mm 6 point socket might be another tool for this application. I don't think a 12 point socket will grip properly with those rounded shoulders.
