seems that because the speedo cable loop bolt sheered off recently, and i didn't do a quick fix with a tie wrap, the brake line hit the left header on a hard turn and burnt through, causing fluid to leak out everywhere.
guess it's a good thing the braided cables i have listed in the li'l m sale weren't spoken for.
spent most of last Sunday working on Blue's light bar/aux light swap out. wasn't really planning on spending the day curled up by her front wheel. oh well.
