And I have to say, at least this news is about an american company acquiring a foreign concern and not the other way around, which is somethin' you're not hearin' much of nowdays, ya know.

But, all things considered, I think I'd rather own an old mid-1970s MV Agusta America with gear-driven DOHCs more than a modern one.
