4% milk (that's whole milk for youz skim people) one finger of herseys chocolate syrup and a finger of heavy whipping cream (that's 36% milk fat) stir and that is chocolate heaven. The milk fat just kinda lingers in ringlets on the inside of the glass as the contents are knocked back. Ahhhhh.
