The missus brought home a candy bar, 70% pure chocolate. Do you realize that is 140 proof? The name of it is Lindt Creation 70%.

Dear old mom used to hate it when she would want to make brownies and the semi-sweet chocolate baking bars had disappeared!!! But she got me back the day she bought the bitter chocolate!!! Now that was nasty!!!!!!!

4% milk (that's whole milk for youz skim people) one finger of herseys chocolate syrup and a finger of heavy whipping cream (that's 36% milk fat) stir and that is chocolate heaven. The milk fat just kinda lingers in ringlets on the inside of the glass as the contents are knocked back. Ahhhhh.

All,
I have to agree that us on the State's side are being deprived of true choc. I used to be a hugh Ghirardelli fan, but than I went to London on a business trip. Cadbury rules! I bought some back in the states and it does taste the same. We're being deprived of one of life's pleasure, I'm telling ya.
