I know this thread has been discussed b4, I just can not find it again.

Im pretty decided on wrapping my exhauset as the quickest cosmetic fix. My next question is what is hte best way to cover my bubbs? can the chrome be scuff sanded and primed and painted w/ high temp stuff or does the chrome need to be sand blasted off and go from the base metal? Or should i just wrap them up also?
