Lee....I to have slight gaps at the top mounting holes because of the screen curvature. Adding those Star Washers I mentioned help diminish the visible gap. Also, after riding with the screen on for a month now, the vibration and summer heat has allowed the screen to settle in somewhat and the gap is almost gone now. One rider added a Laminar Lip to his screen because of his height.....might help you. Don
