I have leather bags mounted on EZ brackets on my America and love them. However, I currently have a sissy bar and pillion and want to set it up solo instead for awhile.
Do I need new hardware to mount the EZ brackets without the sissy bar/luggage rack or will the same stuff I have on there now work?
So far I have received two different answers--I think I need new rear bolts and spacers. If I do where can I get just the hardware I need?

The other set of posts are really cheap, like $25 if I recall correctly. Don't cheap out and throw in a bunch of washers.

Thanks. That's what I thought...
So where can I get them? I bought my EZ brackets before I found Brent from another company that I won't flame here because I am getting customer service on this issue that is quite uncharacteristically poor from them.
I really think they just forward the order on to EZ Brackets and they are drop shipped from them--this middleman company doesn't really know the product.
I searched for a direct contact for EZ Brackets online, but couldn't find anything. Ideas?
I don't mind buying the right parts to do it the right way and so that I can switch back and forth, I just need to know where to order. Do I PM Brent?

A word to the wise is not necessary. It is the stupid ones who need the advice.

You don't pay extra for a "middle man" with Easy Brackets, they have a set rate for buying direct or from their dealers.
Can't speak to those who sell on eBay but I know what I'll do for you IF things go wrong. Set price from Easy Brackets is $145 and I for one honor their requirements.
