There was nothing really special about Thunderbike's kit. The lights are readily available (and other styles, of course) from aftermarket vendors. Various styles of headlight mounting blocks are also available. All ya gotta do is figure out some little bracket to connect the dots. Shouldn't be that hard.
P.S. I've thought about doing this myself, but I picked up a 5 3/4" recessed headlight off ebay instead. Now I just have to figure out a mounting block and the wiring.
