On of the forms you can fill out at tax time is for mileage. You get to claim any mileage for work that your employeer has not already reimbursed you for (which means they claimed the deduction) and is not regular commuting miles. The big secret is to keep somekind of daily mileage log. In that log you need to list your starting mileage, ending miles, total miles, starting location, ending location and business purpose (nothing fancy - just list something simple like "Onsite Service Call", "Customer Visits", "Supply Run" or whatever).
