With 100% of 4 wheeled vehicles having EFI, each one is set from the Factory "SUPPOSEDLY" to get the best mileage at whatever speed that is (Yeah, I know THAT is total BS, they are actually programmed to meet emissions regulations without regard to MPG), So it would be IMPOSSIBLE for ONE speed limit to indicate for complete gas savings for ALL vehicles. Professional Politicians are serial rapists that need to be executed. Just my opinion...
