IF your record is reasonably clean, you have a good chance of beating it. Myself and family members here (and in VA) have not failed to get a ticket dismissed, having only to pay court costs and no points to the license. IF you have moving violations, it's a lot tougher to plead guilty and ask for probation before judgement (PBJ).
