So pick the bike up, the suttle differences I have noticed are the pipes the lamba sensor and a cat in each pipe. Incidently if you remove the AI, which apparently runs from 12V these days it screws the cat up.

Covers covering the coils, which again are different. Under the seat see photo, I have not got a clue what half of that lot is. I also tried to take the tank off. You have a fuel line from the centre of the tank, which I could not undo and a 12V connection, which I will presume is for the pump inside the tank.

The bike runs great and seems to have more power or is that just because I have gone from a 790 to 865 and as you would expect handles brilliantly. I just cannot get used to that riding position in between my shoulder blades is going metal.

Throttle response seem to lack a bit, and if you blip the throttle before changing down sometimes it does nothing. There is a little play on the throttle itself though. I asked this and the dealer said they will go right through the bike when it returns for its 500 mile service. Trying to book it in for a service is a joke got the first date available which was the 18th, think I will have done a few more miles than 500 by then.

It does look a little different now, put some of the bits on that I took off the America..

Oh nearly forgot the pipes have a rubber sxtop on them to stop the side stand hitting them
