Patches and Wurther's originals did it for me. 25 years of smoke, yuck. I used all three steps too except when it was time for the smaller patches I cut the larger ones in half and got twice as many at half the cost. I remember when Davy Jones from the Monkees got caught up in a confrontation with the media about using the word fag refering to cigarettes, it just goes to show "Politically correct" was around back then too. good luck
